Dwayne Pedigo
Trumpet, musical arranger
 

Dwayne holds Bachelor of Music, Master of Music Education, and Master of Jazz Studies degrees from the University of North Texas, and was a member of the UNT Jazz Singers from 2004-2008.  He also currently sings with The New Collection, a vocal jazz group led by Paris Rutherford.

As an educator at the high school level, he has taught award winning programs in band, jazz band, and jazz choir, as well as classes in music theory, music history and class piano. Dwayne has also worked as an instrumental music editor and engraver, church orchestra director, arranger, and has performed for community theater musical productions. He served with the U.S. Army Bands, including a tour with the Eighth US Army band in Seoul Korea, and has performed with various cover bands through the years. Dwayne currently teaches in the music department at Collin County Community College, and has authored two aural skills textbooks. In addition to playing trumpet for Definitely Maybe, he is also the musical arranger.
